Admission Information

The candidates of 14 years of age as on date of start of admission session are eligible for admission in ITIs/ITCs.

• Relaxation of upper age limit up to 45 years for ex-servicemen & war widows.
• Upper age limit for physically handicapped candidates is relaxed by 10 years and set at 35 years.

• Academic qualification varies from class VIII to XII depending on the trade.
• For Centre of Excellence (Automobile): 10th pass under 10+2 pattern.
• Only BBBT passed students can apply for Advance Module course.
• 5% weightage for higher qualification, widow’s son/daughter, and widow candidates for stenography.

• All seats reserved for Haryana domicile. 90% for Haryana Board passouts, 10% for other state equivalent.
• 30% for women (within 50% total reservation):

SC – 20%
BC A – 16%, BC B – 11%
Physically handicapped – 3% (1% each category)

Selection is merit-based as per marks in the minimum qualification exam. Admission must be completed by session start or within 1 month (2-year trades) / 15 days (1-year trades).

Starts from 1st August every year. Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days/week).

• Tuition Fees: Rs. 15/month (Free for girls)
• Student Fund: Rs. 30/month
• Building Fund: Rs. 120/year
• Security Deposit: Rs. 300 (Refundable)
• IMC Fees (Paid Seat): Rs. 600/month

• BPL Students: Rs. 45/month
• SC Students: Rs. 230/month
• Ex-Servicemen Dependents: Rs. 200/month (via District Sainik Board)
• Applicable only for 1st year CoE students
• Must maintain 80% attendance each quarter

• 10-day continuous absence → Notice → Possible name removal
• Fine: Rs. 1 per absent day

• 15 days with Govt. hospital certificate
• One-year course: Max 3 weeks (DIT approval)
• Two-year course: Max 6 weeks (DIT approval)

• Final Trade Test (NCVT): July
• 80% attendance mandatory per subject
• Below 80% → Re-admission by 30th August (Principal approval)
• Missed exam (with 80% attendance) → Next year attempt (Principal permission)
• Exam Fee: Rs. 100 for all cases (1-year, 2-year, reappear)

Deadline: 31st October. No migration from Mewat area or from ITCs (Private ITIs) to Govt. ITIs.
